1. Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

A valid contact number is required to confirm bookings.

Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

3. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive massage services.

Valid ID may be required at the time of booking or check-in.

We do not provide services to minors under any circumstances, even with parental consent.

4. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for informing therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to treatment.

Our services are non-medical and not a substitute for professional healthcare.

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who display inappropriate behavior.

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

Any inappropriate conduct, including suggestive comments, advances, or misconduct, will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities.

Our therapists are licensed professionals and provide therapeutic services only.

6. Payments

Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other accepted payment methods specified at the front desk.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for completed services.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please notify management immediately so we can address your concerns.

Refunds for prepaid appointments, packages, or gift certificates will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

8. Gift Certificates & Packages

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Packages must be redeemed within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be reissued.

9. Privacy Policy

All client information is kept confidential and used solely for internal purposes.

We will not share your personal details with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms

Divine Lotus reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review periodically for changes.
